Essential tools include a soft cloth, high-purity alcohol, and specialized cleaners like WD-40 for stubborn adhesive residues.
Operational Methods:
Apply a small amount of alcohol to the cloth and wipe the stained areas of the casing. For the exhaust system, use a vacuum cleaner to extract dust from both the intake and outlet vents, then wipe the surrounding areas with a damp cloth to prevent accumulation.
Safety Precautions:
Always ensure the machine is powered off and unplugged from the supply before cleaning. When wiping the protective cover, ensure the cloth is free of any metal debris to avoid permanent scratches.
Under strong lighting, use a magnifying glass to inspect the optical lens for any microscopic oil spots or dust. Prepare a clean workspace with lint-free wipes, anhydrous ethanol, an air blower, and protective gloves or finger cots to avoid direct skin contact with the lens.
